Hi, my name is Skyes and I was adopted by Des and Diane, 21st Feb.'12. I have made a new friend called Mandy, in fact we have become quite attached. I have got my own feeding stand, my own bed, my own coat; I also got a new indoor ball to play with. I might even claim the TV. I love that program called 'It's me or the dog'.

UPDATE
Sykes had a visit to his vet yesterday for a full health check. Has healed well after his 'wee' op. Got his second set of injections and his kennel cough vaccine, is now all up to date. Is well settled in the house with Mandy.
He has three matters we will work on
1. Eating his own meal and then pushing Mandy away from hers
2. 'singing' when I leave him alone (even with Mandy present)
3. He is a klyptomaniac - he lifts everything and takes it to his bed; phones, glasses, knitting ... you get the picture!

We are really enjoying his presence in the home.

Lovely to have news of Sykes, he's SUCH a handsome boy (I'm genetically programmed to have a soft spot for brindle greyhounds) and he looks SO happy with his new lady-friend (and his TV!). Do keep us posted on his progress.

I resisted Fred with great difficulty, as I do all the lovely dogs at GRF every time I visit, but I already have 3 boy dogs (one blind and one with an ASBO), and the irrepressible Foxy hopalong, so even Celia and Jimmy have let me off the rehoming hook for the moment!
