Can anyone tell me what the current condition of the road surface is on the road that goes due East out of Christmas Valley to Hwy 395? I have a guest that is asking if he should take his motorhome that way to go north on 395.

I'd probably give someone a call at Christmas Valley (the store?) to check with someone local about the immediate condition of the road.

The last time I was on the full length of the road was a few years ago. It's gravel/dirt, but useable by passenger cars. It would probably be a slow, rough ride in a motorhome.
