Don't know if anyone caught Letterman tonight (Thursday). Biff Henderson had a report on the Yankees and during the intro to one of the segments, "Black and White" was used for the background music. The person who coordinated the music must have loved power-pop (they also used a snippet of "Shake Some Action" during another segment intro).

Boy, I wish I could stay up late for such things. I was in bed by 9. Thanks for the heads up. It's always great to be in the company of "Shake Some Action" anytime anywhere. P

Don't they call you guys to get permission before broadcasting something like that? Or does it all go through a music publisher?

I remember hearing pH Factor used underneath the "celebrity birthdays" portion of Entertainment Tonight several years ago.
