Re: Death Garage tune

And for the record, the dB's did perform this P.H. preB's song at their earlier gigs (it's shown up on a couple of live bootlegs from that era). Also, there was one legitimate release of "Death Garage" performed live by the dB's. There was a 1981 Stiff Records sampler album, where some U.S. groups shipped off to London to perform promotional gigs, and the LP was released with two songs by each band (others included the Bongos, Raybeats and Fleshtones). The LP is called "Start Swimming" (STIFF-1), and can usually be found for sale on eBay, or possibly at your local used record store (if you still have one in your area). The other song by the dB's on this LP is Chris's "We Should Be In Bed".

Re: Re: Death Garage tune

Thanks to Mr Chips and Rick for updating me on the Death Garage tune. I had thought it odd that it wasn't on a dB's album. I may also have to dig up that Start Swimming comp on Stiff as I'm a fan of those other bands as well.
